dining certificate

1

In march of this year, my wife & I went for lunch at ruby tuesdays, in middletown n. Y The service was great as was the server. But when we got our meal the sliders were over cooked, the ribs were dried out from over cooking. We called our server and ask for the bill, she ask if there was a problem with our food and than offered too replace it, or take it off our bill. We said just give us the bill and we paid the full bill we were not looking for a free meal. On our way out a manager stop us too find out what was the problem, we told her and she ask for our email address she was sorry for the problem. Told us we would be in contact with us... On april 5 we received an email from the ruby tuesday team they said they were sorry and told us too come in again and bring this dining certificate.. We went there on sunday april 28 we gave the server the certificate she went too show the manager, who came over did not know what it was because it di not have a dollar amount but she would take 25 off our bill, I felt like a begger, and just wanted too leave because I felt like other people were looking at us, you just want to craw under the table. Thank you for your under standing cliff & alice bisking
