Dillon Supply Company

Very unprofessional company. These people including the CEO of the company do not care about your patronage. I ordered a product for my customer that took over 2 months to get due to one of their employees not following up with the vendor and resulting in it never being ordered. They would not take blame for their error and it resulted in me having to spend much money to make my customer happy. This company would not pay for the shipping to have it expitided for my customer or share the expense. In addition the managers will not call back or respond to e-mails. You would think this company is a fairly new company based on their customer service not a company that has been in business since 1914. Obviously the original owners were the ones that had the customer service experience and they were the ones that built up their customer base. This company is another example just like Wal-Mart - once good but now bad! Shame on you Mr. CEO you won't be in business long with these principles.
