I purchased an LCD tv from Video Only in Beaverton, OR. They recommended Digital Theater Solutions for the install. I called DTS, had them install my tv and the tv fell off the wall 3 days later! I called and complained and no one to this day (it's been 3 months) has called me back. I found out later through some investigating that they aren't even licensed! I call Video Only to see if they were aware, and they didn't even care! They told me they would look into it, and I found out through another customer that DTS is still in business. I also filed a complaint with the CCB and no one ever got back to me! Beware of installers who aren't licensed! Anyone have any suggestions?
