Digital Delivery Issues and ZERO Customer Service

I cannot open a chat session, and I cannot call your help desk - the Washington Post has not only terrible technical delivery capability but has coupled this with the worst, non-existent, customer service delivery program on the planet. I cannot start it... User's recommendation: Don’t subscribe.
