Difficulty placing an order

For what ever reason your system will not accept my password even though its the pass word your system issued on today's date and time. Not just one but 2 different passwords. Unable to make purchase after 1/2 an our with your representative ,I gave up. I had no problem on my first order,but on the 2nd 3 rd and fourth attempt for get it. Not happening.
