I have been enjoying your product for years. I purchased a gallon of your green tea citrus Friday and today, both times I had to use a knife to get the top to turn. Usually I can just turn the top, with little force, and it will open but these last two times it would not turn. Friday my nephew tried and tried, it wouldn't budge. So I had to take a knife and saw around the top to break the seal then I had to cut the little green ring thing before it would turn. I don't know what the problem is but you need to look into it. It took me a few minu6to get into it, an older person would really have a difficult time trying to open this jug. User's recommendation: If you are older, it will be difficult to open.
