Difficulty in making claim of weeks

I am attempting to file for my weeks available. whereas I read the red printed notes that say no need to do searches for jobs from 15mar2020 till when ever .... the system will not let a claim to be done without (5) entries. how must one get past this to finally get paid after over 8 weeks of trying ?
