Difficulty getting the right response from Customer Services

I sent for quite a few products on 15/5/19 and as I had changed my mind about one product I went to the local post office and had them send it straight back to Advanced Bionutritionals in Norcross, GA. I have since sent two more boxes of products back to the same address. I am trying to ascertain if the boxes of products have been delivered back to Norcross, GA. Advanced Bionutritionals policy is to refund all empty bottles, so I will have to wait until I hear from them.
