Difficulty getting in touch with company.

Looking to replace my Boost hearing aid with a new one but experiencing a great deal of difficulty in having anyone get back to me. Their web site doesnt allow me to fill out order form ( cant put in country USA ) to purchase that way and leaving a phone message also gets no response. Never thought it would be this difficult to make purchase.
