I ordered a womens jumpsuit. It looked lovely on the picture but when I received it the colour was much darker, the fabric thin and creased and the fit was awful. I expected an easy return (as this is what they tell you in the blurb) but it is so difficult that its an obvious ploy to prevent you from getting a refund. They ask for photos of the item and barcode (?) but in a different size and format so I wasted an entire morning trying to make the changes. Since when is JPEG an unrecognisable format anyway? I am regretting using this company. They shouldnt be able to keep your money by making it a such nightmare to return unwanted items. User's recommendation: STEER WELL CLEAR.
