I had the Maids clean my house a little over 2 weeks ago. The cleaning was acceptaBLE, BUT I had requested a price for every two weeks & for every four weeks. The day of the cleaning, I was told I would be called the next day with those prices. I NEVER got that call. I have called them about 4-5 times since, always saying, for ease of communicating, an E mail can be sent with that info. STILL no response! It all hinges on one person giving a figure. Two weeks have passed so I obviously will not be using them every other week. They don't appear to want my business. I gave an excellent survey after the cleaning and I would like to take it BACK!
