Difficulty catching customer care

We bought Osaka single metal bed in amazon, but the welding / soldering is removed between centre part nd the edges. I was trying to call customer care from last 1 month and I couldn't catch them. Please call and support in resolving this issues. this product is under 3 yrs warranty.
