difficulty cancelling subscription

I joined a three month subscription for Weightwatchers Online. At the end of the three months, it was automatically renewed. I called and spoke to a gentleman that said it would be cancelled, that I would receive an email with the information. The next month, my bank statement showed yet another monthly subscription charge. I called all the numbers available on the website as well as the one showing on my bank charge ( it just rang until it finally disconnected ). I did finally reach a person at [protected]. I am hopeful that this time I have succeeded, as the person ( Kate ) was very professional and helpful, and I will no longer be charged. Bottom line though, is that it was very difficult to find a contact person, and this also happened to me in 2007 when trying to cancel, so it's not the first time. This is truly unfortunate since I have had success in the past with losing weight using their old format. The new one simply did not work for me.
