Difficulties in getting supplies

I have used Dexcom for approximately 2 years now. For over a month, Dexcom has stalled in getting supplies sent to me. They are transitioning away from Medicare, which I suspect may be part of the problem. First, they needed copies of insurance cards (which they have had for 2 years), then a new prescription, then the prescription was wrong (they claim it states I am both Type 1 and Type 2), then they say supplies are on the way, but they really aren't. Horrible customer service. They do not care. T User's recommendation: The products are great, but the customer service from Dexcom is terrible.
