Phone locks up all the time and have to remove battery to reboot. Awful word prediction for texting. Text message organization was very confusing. Number pad keys often double enter when I push the key once. Battery life indicator hard to see and inaccurate. Can only switch on speakerphone after number is dialed. Phone volume controls are context sensitive and do not work in all situations. So-so camera, typical of flip phone but at least it has a flash. Sound quality on phone calls is good. Flashlight is actually pretty good. Will not store/play music although it has a micro-SD slot. Assistance button for emergency calls does not work.
