First of all I filled in all information but a continuous cycle of security codes to enter and apparently there was a birthdate, not mine and a I'd account that is partially but not all mine. I need to change that but can't. I love rakuten, I watch it everyday. I am not dissatisfied. I am just upset about not being able to get viki. I had it last year but cancelled.
