If you click on "Forgotten Password" the link provides you with an email. When you click on the email it takes you through to a page which states "This page does not exist". It is then not possible to get a new password. The website does not provide you with alternative contact details. You can get their phone number from the internet,D but there is simply a recorded message saying "This service is not available right now". Appalling service. User's recommendation: Don't use Qobuz.
