They have been out several times, the first two times they came out I explained that we have a rat problem and they put down little itty bitty mouse traps and glue pads, then the branch manager for my location came out and we still have a rat issue.. I was informed by the branch manager that he would be out to check on the traps and I have not seen him since he put the traps down. I was shown the issues on the outside of the building which were all corrected as soon as I was informed of the problem, but we still have rats the traps aren't working and frankly I'm tired of calling to try to get results.
