Ordered a pair of white Kimmie sandals on Aug 3rd, I paid extra $$ for 2nd day shipping. It is now the 6th and my order is still not fulfilled! I tried calling the customer service number, but to my surprise NOBODY answers. My daughter needed these sandals by the weekend for senior pictures. I am beyond livid! They are quick to take my money but fail to fulfill my order or even answer their phone!!! Terrible experience, i will NEVER order from them again. User's recommendation: Nope.
