Didn’t send new tag, charged me and put in collections

When I called I was cut off, argued with and then treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. They never sent me the new tag, I called twice and they said they would and never did. I barely use it, so one day I get a call telling me I'm in collections and have no idea why. I call and they are rude, cut me off, don't care they never did their job, and charge me $1.80. Pass me around to two departments and then once I want to open a new account, that person couldn't do it and he couldn't transfer me. I had to call back. So unprofessional. User's recommendation: you can't not have EZpass, so I don't know what to tell you.
