Didn’t refund my money

My wife bought be some black WeatherTech floor liners for my truck. The inside of my truck is grey so I spent $17 and sent them back with a Return Authorization number. Of course it took about 8 phone calls to get through and I finally had to wait on hold for over an hour to get through. So after waiting almost a month I sent an email and had no reply so I called again and waited almost an hour and finally got a hold of someone who didn't sound like he had much training. He was trying to be helpful but couldn't do much. I asked for a supervisor and he said they didn't have one on duty. He gave me an email address that was bogus. They had received my return and said they set a refund 10 days earlier, but it didn't show up in the bank account. He tried to say that it might take longer but that is crap because debit-credit card stuff is fast these days. He wanted to charge us again for the replacement floor liners but we refused and then initiated a dispute with the credit card company. So my recommendation is to stay away from these guys they have some of the worst customer service I have come across in a long time.
