Didnt recieve full order

Lost two sunglasses and I've been trying to get my money back or to replace the items with no luck. Worst customer service ever User's recommendation: Off fifth customer service sucks.

》 My name is Lillian Canals I place order #10150**** on November 16, 2020. I canceled order 5 minutes after placing because I inadvertently order Men’s Sz 10 sneakers, which will not fit.

》 I ended up writing an email I received a case number and still haven’t heard anything. Not really a good way to conduct business
