I ordered replacement batteries for my Panasonic phone. The website clearly stated "Panasonic Brand" https://www.factoryoutletstore.com/products/panasonic-battery-for-panasonic-nimh-aaa-2-pack I got a cheap off-brand (Tenergy). I paid $19.95 for a pair of batteries (I actually ordered 2 2-packs). Walmart.com has the same brand at $20.49 for a 24- PACK!! What a giant rip-off. Plus it took over 3 weeks to receive. I was also charged several days before they even arranged for USPS shipping. Stay away from this company I contacted customer service and they agreed to give me a refund, but I'll believe it when I see it. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company!
