Ii detailed my location and where to go and directions weren't received skip dish rep told me he didn't see my directions on his end but I seen them on my end and he insisted that my food was delivered and it was or I wouldn't fricken call u guys than I asked him if I just lost 75 dollars and he said yes . User's recommendation: Have someone that knows how to read directions and speaks English.
