Didn’t realize at the time I asked them out to do rodent eliminatio that it was a year long contract! My husband had just passed away and needless to say my stress level was high.

They accomplished what I had requested, and after two to three months I asked to stop the service. The man I spoke with was belligerent and rude. I also explained that I would be moving soon, so would no longer need the service. He said that the new owners should just take it over!! He said that I would owe approximately $800.00 if I discontinued the service!!! I find this to be "hiway robbery". He had no compassion and was not the least bit helpful or understanding. I am a senior citizen and on a limited income. He stated there was nothing I could do except pay the remainder. This is nothing short of extortion!! For a Company that is in the business of customer service you are short on understanding and compassion. I too was "forced to sign up for a year of service. Not necessary. Hope this gets some attention. Carol Falor
