Didn’t pay gratuities and onboard credit as promised
Was promised it would be payed back to us in 24 to 48 hours which was a lie then told it would be taken care of which has not happened will never book with them again. This was supposed to be paid for before we cruised, so we had to pay it before we got off the ship now trying to get our money back
