Didn’t order and was charged

I ordered YouTube for the 30-day free trial and YouTube charged my girlfriend's debit card not my debit card and then they turned around and charged her again without her authorization when I tried to get a hold of someone to get it refunded back to her debit card there's no one to reach there's no way to get a hold of anybody to get this done so I'm very upset and very angry at the fact that they did this and now I can't seem to reach anybody to get it canceled get it stopped and get her money refunded User's recommendation: Don't store your debit card information on your phone as YouTube may use it even if you don't authorize it.
