Didn’t get my full refund

We booked a cruise a 7-dag Greek Isles Round-Trip. Reservation number 4541**** And then we had to cancel it and we were supposed to get a FCC a voucher of the deposition we paid ,139. I paid it but the amount was devided between me and my guest Eva Ahlfors (client -id 25827**** I found my part 69,58 under My Coupons and Credits when I logged in to my reservation Bo Hassel (client-id 25827****) But Evas part we cant find ,because she has no loggin on that reservation. She ordered a new cruise (Reservation number 4558****),but she cant find it there either So can you please find the missing FCC and send or direct it to us Sincerely Eva Ahlfors &;;;;;;;;;; Bo Hassel
