Didn’t fulfill order but still took almost half of my money

I purchased 5 counter stools. At the time of purchase all of them were noted to be in stock. I received 2, unpacked to inspect. All looked good and I set them up in anticipation that the rest were arriving any day. I didn't receive them and contacted grandin Road. I...
