Didn’t want to get charged but was

Hello, I had signed up for a free session through the notorious kia on Instagram. I knew the cancellation was soon but didn’t know the exact date. I put in my phone when to cancel that trial but of course my phone screen stopped working just yesterday. So I can’t see or hear any notifications I may get through my phone. I was on the phone with Apple yesterday and I have to send my phone in. I had only $37 in my account and due to COVID19 and not workin that’s the only $37 I have until my next check from unemployment comes in. Now I’m in the negatives $61. So if you could please work with me on this that would be very helpful as a lot is happening in my life. Like I said I wanted to cancel in time but right now I am with out a phone so o wasn’t aware of the cancellation date or else I would have done it on my laptop.
