Didn’t take responsibility for late delivery

My order was placed in January and I just received it and was very disappointed with the terrible quality. I contacted Glamzelle and asked for a refund, but they said that orders can be returned within 7 business days. I told them it was not my fault that it took so long to get the order. They said that my order was shipped immediately and stated that they are not responsible for shipping. When I asked them so what am I supposed to do now they said that they don't know and that was the end of our communication.
