Returned 2 items valued about $100 about mid June. No communication or refund has come. Sent 2 emails - no replies. Essentially, they stole from me.

》 My 1st review was acted upon by Coldwater, they cancelled the back order item but they ignored my problem with the mismarked sized top. No offer to send a new top.
