Didn’t receive refund as promised

I was at your location in Clifton Park NY 12065 on Tuesday 6/9/2020, my order was incorrect so I returned it in its entirety and I was told the charge was zeroed out. I was on lunch break at work when I ordered this food so not only am I out $16.67, I didnt get to have lunch that day. Overall horrible impression of your establishment. I gave it 3 business days and the money has not been refunded to my checking account. Can you or someone please look into this issue? It is very upsetting that I am out almost $20 for food I did not consume. Thank You. User's recommendation: Check your order before you leave the store if it’s an online pick up and you didn’t watch them make it!!
