We bought a Oral b electric toothbrush at $120 and suppose to receive a $20 rebate. We submitted it on July 9 with all supporting documents, didn’t hear back in tow months then called the service on September 17. The service said we did I send the bar code but I am sure we sent. We just cannot get the $20 rebate. If we knew this before we would not purchase it at the price.
