I bought a VIP parking pass for $150, I received a Premier parking pass that sells for $50. They claimed the Premier pass can be used in the VIP lot....NO IT CANT. They refused to send me a VIP pass, give me a refund or pay me the difference between the two. The 100% buyer satisfaction guarantee is a complete scam and they will just ignore you User's recommendation: Buyer beware!! Never buy from Vivid Seats!!!
