Didn’t get the package, no feedback

I had a order from tumi Nov. 2014 via ship188.com, i didn't get the package till now no any feedback and explaination from the vender, the ship order :[protected], i can see the goods in the store from Dec. 2014, the company address :780 Epperson Dr. City of Industry, CA 91748 and email contact.[protected]@gmail.com, i tried to call them but no answer .attached the printscreen for you review, thanks. I just can find the limited information about the www.ship188.com except for the address. Thanks . Jennifer
