I bought 3 adapters, the warranty, and the adapter. None of which worked I paid to return them with tracking and they received it a month ago and still no refund. I get letters apologizing and on the phone, I am sorry that they entered the refund that morning, etc. and that it takes 7 to 14 days to reach the account. Why would it when it takes a matter of minutes for them to take it out of my account. Tired of the run around reported to consumer affairs and also BBB.
