Did not show up and when did work did not happen

I had to call multiple times to get the appointment scheduled (30 days after they took my money) for them to fix a foundation crack. The 1st appointment they did not show up, when I called they told me they had no appointment. They rescheduled for the following week. The repair was to fix the crack and apply stable wall to the interior wall of the call space. When I asked about the crack being fixed, the repair person nastily told me he was not fixing any cracks and proceeded to pack his stuff up and leave. When I called the office I was told they can not handle anything with service on Saturday and someone would have to call on Monday. I now want my money returned and I will contract someone else to do the work. I am very disappointed in this company they did not have good customer service and did not live up to the contract that I signed with them to fix the crawl space wall.
