Did not return round trip shipping

I ordered a glove box liner that they indicated would fit a 1964 Olds 98 on Ebay (item 191976****02). It did not fit as advertised. I returned the item and received only the purchase price less shipping. As it was their error, I expected that they would refund the round trip shipping. I'm out $18.25 as a result of their mis-information.
