I am writing on behalf of the Monticello Housing Authority. We had opened an account on or around 6/25/08 with correctional billing services. I had requested that the account be closed on August 15, 2008 and $29.39 was to be credited back to our office. The telephone number in question is 845-467-****. I spoke to representatives on 7/23/08, 8/15/08 and 12/5/08 and was informed that our account will be closed and that $29.39 will be issued to my office. As of today, we have not heard anything from correctional billing services. This is very unprofessional. Please respond to this email as soon as possible or we will be forced to contact the Better Business Bureau.
