Did not refund per policy

On Feb. 12 I paid for a room through Bringfido for Feb. 18. The morning of Feb. 18 I had to cancel and was informed that full credit would be given. The next week I contacted Bringfido about my refund and was told that it would be in 10 days. Now it is April 16 and no refund. I have filed a claim with my credit card company. This was for a Motel 6 in Paducah, KY but payment was made through Bringfido.com. I really like the website but am very upset they they have credited me for this when I canceled within the time period in their policy statement. From now on I will use their site to find pet friendly places but go to the hotel site to book.
