did not refund order despite proof dhl did not deliver and returned back to borderfree

I have sent several emails and messages through social media and borderfree still has not refunded the money. They allowed a product to be shipped from the US to Spain that isn't allowed to be shipped (I was not aware or I wouldn't have ordered it) and despite proof from DHL that I didn't receive the order because it was denied by customs and returned to borderfree I have not received the refund. DHL is taking this more seriously and has gone above and beyond to help me when it isn't even their issue. I will never use borderfree again. Their customer service is non existant.
