Did not refund my money.

The online business maternitysockshop.com has a complicated return policy which involves the buyer returning each product to their original company. For example, I had to mail one package of knee highs that did not fit to the company Juzo and another pair of thigh highs to Sigvaris. The 2 separate packages had to be received by these companies within 15 days of myself receiving the return addresses from the maternitysockshop customer service. So I sent these 2 packages quickly with delivery confirmation for both. Each package arrived with 7 days to their respective destinations; February 10th and 11th 2012. I have since spoken to the manager of maternitysockshop, Kathy, multiple times asking for a refund. I've also emailed them multiple times. I am fed up. I lost $142.55 and there isn't much I can do about it. Each time I call Kathy says she needs to get in touch with the 2 companies to confirm the clothing arrivals. I told her that what she says every time however I never get an email back.... it is infuriating.
