I searched online for a power adapter for a porcelain holiday decoration and was happy to find what I thought was an exact match at global-power-adapter.com. The adapter required an L-shaped end so the device would sit flat on a table. The seller's website photo showed an L-shaped plug but the adapter sent had a straight plug which would not allow the device to sit flat, sticking out nearly an inch. I sent a polite email requesting a refund as the items couldn't be used and was not as pictured. After two seller requests for photos and multiple emails from me requesting a refund per the seller's return policy, the seller simply stopped correspondence. The seller insisted the adapter "should work fine". The seller has now disappeared.
