DID NOT RECEIVE PROMISED PAID FOR GOODS

ORDERED FURNITURE, PAID FOR A PORTION, FINANCED (3 MONTHS SAME AS CASH) BALANCE, CONTACTED COMPANY ON THE DATE BEFORE DELIVERY AND WAS TOLD THAT ONE ITEM (THE NIGHT STAND) WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE BED, MATTRESSES, CHEST AND STORAGE CHEST UNTIL THE NIGHT STAND WAS READY....WAS SPOKEN TO VERY RUDELY BY "PEGGY", THE "STORE MANAGER. I HAVE CALLED THE "CORPORATE" LOCATION AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CB AT THIS TIME BECAUSE I AM REQUESTING A CASH REFUND AND A CANCELLATION OF THE "CONTRACT" I HAVE SOLD MY BED AND MATTRESSES ANTICIPATING THE PROMISED DELIVERY OF THE ABOVE GOODS
