Did not receive paper

I live Newburgh NY , 350 N Water Street, Unit 6-6 , We did not receive our paper on 6-5 6-6 6-1* *-** and 6-13, the papers were never delivered to the guard house. Please advise-845-245-**** & I thank you..Lawrence Earl
