Two times too late, won't get a third chance! This is the second time a parcel was late to my mom, an 83 year old lady who lives alone and honestly relies on special little gifts like this. I ordered this item well in advance and still they just could not deliver on time! I do not get it, and there is no excuse good enough! IT IS MOTHER'S DAY! AND WE HAVE ALL BEEN ISOLATED TOO TOO LONG! These little gestures of kindness go a long long way and as you can see I am highly irritated. I will be looking for a quality online service to send my mom loves and hugs when I cannot.
