Did not receive order/Atrocious customer service

I don't even know where to begin. Its been almost a month and haven't received my order. I reached out and was told sending more than one help ticket wouldnt get me a different response. How is me checking on my order a problem? I was threatened about contacting the BBB to get my money back. I was given the run around about my tracking Information and there is no working phone number. Just chat sessions and emails. There is no one to hold accountable. Please please please don't give these people your money. I spent almost $100 to have hair for Valentine's Day and here it is almost March and I have received nothing. User's recommendation: Spend your hard earned money ELSEWHERE please.
