Did not receive online order

Update by user Feb 15, 2021 No feedback from truworths Original review posted by user Feb 15, 2021 This will be my second email to the same email address at customer care, I ordered at item online a week before Christmas last year 2020 and still have not received my items. I now no longer need the item because it was meant for Christmas 2020, and now it has been almost 3 months long going for months I have not heard anything from the courier again neither was I credited back on my account I am not happy with the service this is a very new account which I opened in December, but I have nothing good to say about the service its ridiculous I want my credit put back on my account because I don't know if it is the courier that is the problem or the company I initially placed my order from neither of them tried contacting me in other words who knows if my order was not part of a scam where I pay for an item and I don't receive it. User's recommendation: Do not place orders oniline from truworths website you will never get it.
