Did not receive my pin

I am a vip member i ordered the Coco and Lifebook combo when i got them in the mail with no pin i ordered this early there is no reason for not getting the pin. I am upset since i ordered this mainly because of the pin VIP members were to get . There needs to be a phone number where members can talk to a staff person.
